वर्ष 2007 में उद्यान विभाग गोपेश्वर के जाहनवी किसान नर्सरी की स्थापना एवं उद्याान विभाग गोपेश्वर के साथ इसका रजिस्ट्रेशन किया गया। जाहनवी किसान नर्सरी में वर्तमान में विभिन्न प्रकार के फलदार पौधों की विभिन्न प्रजातियों उपलबध हैं जो उद्यान विभाग के संचल दल केन्द्रों द्वारा क्रय किये जाते हैं। टैंक निर्माण :- आजीविका वाटिका में ग्रीष्म ऋतु हेतु पानी के संरक्षण के लिए टैंक निर्माण का कार्य करवाया गया।

संस्था द्वारा वर्ष 1999-2002 में पीपलकोटी में बायो टूरिज्म पार्क की स्थापना की गयी। यूनाइटेड नेषन डेवलपमेण्ट प्रोग्राम (यू.एन.डी.पी.) दिल्ली एवं पर्यावरण षिक्षण केन्द्र (सी.ई.ई.) लखनऊ के सहयोग से संस्था द्वारा हिमालयी क्षेत्र में पाये जाने वाले औषधीय जडी-बूटियों एवं पौधों से ग्रामीणों को स्वरोजगार प्रदान करने वाली परियोजना चलायी गयी। जो वर्तमान में भी सुचारू रूप से चल रही है।
